1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping:
    You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at amitpawar.mail@gmail.com . If the order hasn't been processed or shipped yet, we’ll issue a full refund.

  • After Shipping:
    Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may refer to the return section instead.


2. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility:

    • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

    • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

    • Custom-made, personalized, or clearance items are non-returnable.

  • Process:

    • Contact us at amitpawar.mail@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return.

    • Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

    • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).


4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

  • We will offer a free replacement or full refund, based on your preference.
